CCR #1: How does your product use or challenge conventions, and how does it represent social groups or issues?

Commercial Project: Evaluation Blog Post #10 - Reflection on Final Product

Reflection: How well does the product meet the brief? The final product meets the brief since it completed what it set out to do, which is to showcase how Xbox Series X is better than PlayStation 5. How is the audience engaged? The audience is engaged since I put music in the background and switch the music midway to spice the commercial even more, which keeps young audiences engaged. Another way is the fast pace of the commercial, yet again keeping young audiences engaged. Commercial Project: Production Blog Post #8 - Music

Music: Used Relaxed by MC Mablo Dos Paredoes from 0.00-0.26 seconds Used a stock option from Capcut (the editing software I used) called Heavenly Singing Voice(1610204) by Next Design from 0.27-0.59 seconds.

Commercial Project: Production Blog Post #7 - Rough Cut, Feedback, Edit Decisions

Rough Cut: The Rough cut had many errors, such as no music. I did not add music until later. The shots were not cut faster, basically, the scene ran for much longer than it should. Lastly, it was exceeding the maximum time of sixty seconds by a whole minute and thirty seconds.

Commercial Project: Production Blog Post #6 - Production Log 1

Production Log 1: Everything was filmed today. Everything was revised/adjusted based on feedback, which includes editing not just shots. The biggest problem was filming by myself and handling the controller for the console, but I found an old selfie stick that my family had lying around and used it to add more stability to my camera.

Commercial Project: Planning Blog Post #5 - Locations and Risk Management

Location Recce:  My brothers Room (4:00-4:15 pm): location of both the Xbox and PS5. Lights would be from a fan and sound would be from me talking and music included in the commercial.
